Terms of use
Scope of these terms
Effective from 30 July 2026. The date records when this text was published; it says nothing about when any menu or venue entry on the site was looked at.
These terms set out the conditions under which people may access and use Menuvero. They are written plainly on purpose, because a set of conditions nobody reads protects nobody, and this site is not in the business of hiding its position in wording.
Using the site means accepting them. If any part of what follows is not something you are willing to accept, the right response is to stop using the site rather than to proceed on a different understanding of it.
Four things are covered below: who these terms apply to and what the words in them mean, what you are responsible for while using the site, who owns what appears here, and the disclaimers and limits that follow from a directory built on records rather than promises.
Key terms and who may use the site
Three words carry most of the weight in this document, so they are set out before anything is asked of anybody.
The site
Menuvero at menuvero.com, its pages, and the venue and menu entries published on them.
We, us, our
Menuvero, as the publisher of this site and of the records it sets out.
You
Anyone who opens, reads or otherwise uses the site, whether as a diner, a venue team or a passer-by.
Use the site only if you are able to form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you, and only for lawful purposes. That is the whole of the eligibility position. Nothing here asks you to register, and there is no account to hold.
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, an employment relationship, a joint venture or an agency arrangement between you and Menuvero. Reading a record does not make you our representative, and appearing in a record does not make a venue our partner.
Lawful use, misuse, and the messages you send
Comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you while you are using the site. That obligation sits above everything else in this section and is not narrowed by anything listed under it.
What counts as misuse
- Interfering with the operation of the site, or attempting to
- Collecting content in a way that breaks technical measures or applicable law
- Using the site, or any address published on it, to send unlawful or harmful material
- Presenting anything taken from the site as though it came from somewhere else, or as though it carried an assurance it does not
You are responsible for what you send. A message written to the published address, or through any other channel named on this site, is yours: make sure it is accurate, lawful and yours to send. Do not send material that belongs to somebody else without the right to pass it on, and do not send personal details about other people that they would not expect to be shared.
A note about an entry is treated as a factual report and may be used to correct what is published. If something in a message should not be acted on, say so in the message.
Content ownership and use
The Menuvero name, the wording of the site, its design and the material written for it are owned by or licensed to Menuvero. That covers the pages you are reading and the way the records are presented, and it does not extend to the third-party material shown inside them.
Menus, images, venue names, logos and trademarks belonging to other people appear here for information. They remain the property of their owners, and their presence on this site is not a claim over them, a transfer of any right in them, or a suggestion that the owner is connected with Menuvero. A venue's material stays a venue's material wherever it is displayed.
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes: reading it, sharing a link to a page, quoting a line in the ordinary way. What you should not do is copy, redistribute, republish or otherwise exploit content beyond what applicable law allows or what is described here - in particular, taking the records in bulk and presenting them as a directory of your own.
If you believe something published here infringes a right you hold, write to trust@menuvero.com with enough detail to identify the material and the right in question.
Disclaimers, limits, and updates to these terms
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing here is warranted to be complete, current or free of error, and no assurance is given that any page will be reachable at a particular moment. That is not a formality tucked into the footer: it is the same position the rest of the site states in plain sentences, written once more in the place where it has legal effect.
Decisions made on the strength of what is shown are yours. Menuvero is not responsible for the outcome of a journey taken, a plan made or an order placed on the basis of a record here. Where the site and a venue disagree about a menu, a price, availability or anything else, the venue's own information is the deciding one - it is theirs, and it is current, and what appears here is a copy of an earlier moment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Menuvero is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, this site or anything published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and the revised version is posted on this page with an updated effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the version then published. Questions about any of it can go to trust@menuvero.com.
